Terms of sale

Enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A sale is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry in writing and receive payment.
Allocation. Editions are strictly limited and numbered. Allocations are offered in the order enquiries are received, at our discretion. We may decline any enquiry.
Price and payment. Prices are quoted in euros unless stated otherwise. Payment is due within 7 days of confirmation by bank transfer or another agreed method. Unpaid allocations may be released.
Shipping. Shipping is arranged individually for each order. Delivery method, insurance and cost are agreed before dispatch. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Product. Each piece is an artistic edition made on a genuine silver bullion coin. It is not legal tender for its face value and is not issued or endorsed by the original mint. Minor variations in finish are part of the handmade process and are not defects.
Returns. You may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the piece unused, in its original packaging and at your own cost. A refund is issued once we receive it. Pieces personalised at your request cannot be returned.
Certificate. Each piece comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity. Lost certificates cannot be reissued.
Liability. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the piece.
Law. These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go to the competent courts of France, subject to your rights as a consumer.
